About Personalized Blankets
Personalized Blankets are designed to be used and washed, your photo and text is woven into
the blanket using different colored heavyweight Amilux yarn - this is not a
transfer process. They are machine-washable and dryable on a cool setting, and
soft to sleep with as well as making a great wall hanging. These blankets are
guaranteed not to run, bleed or fade under normal conditions and are hypoallergenic.
These heirloom portrait knits are entirely custom made, this is not screen printing
of any sort, rather a true knitted item with over half a million stitches in
each blanket!
Placing an Order
To place an order on our website, please use our secure on-line shopping
cart and enter your payment information on the secure PayPal servers.
This is more secure for you since Ann's Baby Gifts never has
access to your credit card or bank account information.
If you have questions regarding any of our products, you can 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and we will answer all your questions in a timely manner.
You will receive Order Confirmation emails from us and from PayPal within 24 hours of your checkout at PayPal and usually immediately. If you do not receive these emails, please contact us and let us know.
Guarantee/Returns
We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you
will be pleased with your order. However, rest assured that you may return
anything except personalized or edible items for any reason or for no
reason. Any item returned must be returned in it's original packaging.
For non-defective product returns, a 20% restocking fee applies.
If there is a manufacturing defect on a personalized item, we will replace your order for you. We are not responsible for misspelled personalization. Please check your shopping cart for accuracy before submitting your order. Please order a few extra breakable personalized items since these can only be refunded, not replaced.
If you need to return something, please send an email to within 7 days of receiving your order for a return authorization number. We will accept requests for returns within 7 days as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging.
Shipping costs of the original order and the shipping costs of the return are the responsibility of the customer.
Methods of Payment
We accept all major credit cards and checking accounts through PayPal.
Shipping
Ann's Baby Gifts uses UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail for most
shipping within the United States. At this time, we cannot ship outside
the U.S.
Shipping charges are calculated automatically in the shopping cart according to the following table: (all amounts are in US Dollars) - See below for shipping on Blankets and Books.

Shipping on Personalized Photo Throws & Blankets is charged individually ($8.95 each). Please order Personalized Blankets separately from other items and choose "Blankets Only" for shipping, or you will be charged too much for shipping.
Shipping on Personalized Books is Free. Please order personalized books separately from other items and choose "Books Only" for shipping to receive Free Shipping on Books.
Heavy items may require additional shipping fees.
Delivery Time
Most orders ship within 5 to 7 business days from when your order was
placed. Product descriptions for personalized items may provide a longer
shipping estimate time. Some of our suppliers ship directly to you so
you may receive your order in multiple shipments. If you require a rush
order, please choose the rush shipping option.
Minimum Order Requirement
Ann's Baby Gifts has a minimum order requirement of $9.95. If you want to
place an order for less than the minimum, please contact
us and we will see what we can do for you.
Personalized items also have individual minimum order requirements, and the amount is stated on each product page.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will only be added to orders that are shipped within the state
of Texas. All other states are tax-exempt.
